Order & Returns
At MummyStore, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We encourage you to check sizing carefully before purchasing.
Exchanges are only available for Wrong Products or Damaged Items. We do not accept exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect size selection by the customer.
Please contact our chat support within 3 days of receiving your parcel. Provide your order number and photos of the item. It must be unwashed, unworn, and have all tags attached.
If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, MummyStore covers all shipping costs to get the correct item to you.
Ordering from MummyStore
Simply browse our imported collection, select your size, and click “Add to Cart.” When ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping address, and choose your payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation instantly.
Yes! Once we dispatch your order (Same-Day Dispatch for orders before 12 PM), you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your parcel’s journey.
Because we aim for Same-Day Dispatch, orders are processed very quickly. Please contact our chat immediately if you need to make a change; however, once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Delivery Information
Shipping starts as low as RM5.50. We also offer Free Delivery for all orders over RM250!
Since we have local ready-stock, most orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.
