MummyStore Return & Refund Policy

MummyStore accepts returns only for damaged products or wrong items sent by our team, reported via WhatsApp within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.

1. What we accept

  • Products that arrive damaged.

  • Wrong items sent by our team (wrong product, size or colour from what you ordered).

2. What we do not accept

  • Change of mind, including not liking the colour, style or size after ordering.

  • Wrong orders made by the customer, such as choosing the wrong size, colour or item.

  • Clearance Sale items, for any reason including damage. Clearance items are already offered at our best price, and are sold as-is. Most are in good condition, but some may have slight defects.

  • Customised products, except where the item is damaged or does not match the details you confirmed with us.

  • Claims reported after 3 working days from the date of delivery.

3. How to report a damaged or wrong item

  1. WhatsApp us at +6014-252 5654 within 3 working days of receiving your parcel.

  2. Include your order number, clear photos of the item and the parcel, and an unboxing video if you have one.

  3. Keep the item unused and in its original packaging until our team has reviewed your claim.

4. Replacement or refund

  • After checking your claim, MummyStore will decide whether to send a replacement.

  • If a replacement is not available (for example, the item is out of stock), we will refund the amount paid for that item.

  • MummyStore pays the return shipping cost for approved damaged or wrong items.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method or bank account once approved.

5. MummyStore Coins and cashback

MummyStore Coins and cashback cannot be refunded or converted to cash. Coins used on a refunded order will be returned to your account as Coins. If MummyStore discontinues Coins or cashback, we will announce a deadline on our website for you to use your balance. Any balance not used by that deadline will be cancelled.
