By using www.mummystore.my or placing an order with MummyStore, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before you buy.

1. About us

MummyStore is operated by Mummy Store (SSM registration no. 202503006759 (RA0120359-T)), an online store based at 5-1 First Floor, Jalan Dagangan 7, Jalan Bertam, Pusat Bandar Bertam Perdana, 13200 Kepala Batas, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, selling clothing, bags, shoes and accessories for children and mums. 2. Orders

  • Please check product, size, colour, quantity and delivery address carefully before you place your order.

  • Once an order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind or a wrong order made by the customer.

  • An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

  • We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If this happens, we will inform you and refund any amount paid in full.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner, CHIP. We do not store your card or banking details.

  • Promotions, bundle deals and discount codes are valid only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. MummyStore Coins and cashback

  • MummyStore Coins and cashback have no cash value and cannot be converted, withdrawn or transferred as money.

  • They can only be used to offset the price of future orders placed on www.mummystore.my. If MummyStore discontinues Coins or cashback, we will announce a deadline on our website for you to use your balance. Any balance not used by that deadline will be cancelled.

5. Customised products

  • Before production of any customised product, our team will contact you to double-check all details (such as names, text, colours and design).

  • Please check carefully and confirm. Production starts only after your confirmation, and confirmed details cannot be changed.

  • Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

  • Images shown on the website for customised products are for illustration only. The final product may differ slightly in colour, placement or appearance.

6. Clearance products

Items sold under Clearance Sale are already offered at our best price, and are sold as-is. Most clearance items are in good condition, but some may have slight defects. Clearance items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for any reason, including damage.

7. Product information

We try our best to show product colours and details accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and your screen settings.

8. Delivery area

We currently deliver within Malaysia only. For orders to other countries, please DM or WhatsApp us before ordering. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

9. Returns and refunds

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy page.

11. Changes to these terms

MummyStore may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
