MummyStore Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are shipped out the same day. MummyStore delivers within Malaysia only.

2. Dispatch time
Orders confirmed before 12:00 noon are shipped out the same day.
Orders confirmed after 12:00 noon are shipped out the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are shipped out on the next working day.
Customised products are shipped after production is completed, following your confirmation of the design.
3. Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery time depends on the courier and your location. Once your parcel is shipped, you can check its progress with your tracking number.
4. Delivery area
We currently ship within Malaysia only. If you would like to order from another country, please DM or WhatsApp us at +6014-252 5654 before placing your order.
5. Shipping fees
The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always see the full price of your order. Free delivery applies to orders above the minimum amount shown on our website.
6. Tracking your order
Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Orders page.
7. Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct. MummyStore is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address given by the customer.
8. Delays
Delivery times depend on the courier. Delays may happen during festive seasons, sale periods, bad weather or other events beyond our control.
